Questions owners ask

Can I use it today?

Not yet. We're testing it now. Join the waitlist, and we'll email you when it opens.

Does it message my customers by itself?

No. It writes a short WhatsApp message, signed by the person who looks after that customer. They check it, edit it if needed, and send it from their own WhatsApp.

My records are messy. Will it still work?

Yes. It only needs invoice dates, customer names and amounts. In the free audit, we clean your export and tell you what we couldn't use.

How do I know it was you?

Your weekly result shows who came back. It counts every customer you contacted who came back within 21 days. Some might have come back anyway. Reaching out is good service either way.

Does it work with my accounting software?

Yes. You can upload an Excel or CSV export from any software. It also connects to the 15 systems listed on this page. Business Central, AutoCount, SQL Account, Bukku and MyInvois (LHDN e-invoicing) are coming soon.

How long does it take to teach my team?

What if it doesn't work for us?

The audit is free. The 30-day pilot guarantee covers your first month. After that you pay month to month. Data we hold is deleted within 30 days of you leaving.

It's a free check of your invoices. It's the first step when Second Team opens. You share about 12 months of invoices. We show you who to win back or collect from. You see why, and what each one is worth.

Who is Second Team for?

It's for owner-led businesses with about 10 to 100 staff. Your customers buy from you again and again. You send them invoices, not receipts. There's a version for distributors, agencies and contract services.

Who is Second Team not for?

For now, it's not for restaurants, shops or clinics. They sell to walk-in customers and give receipts. It's also not for teams who could build this themselves.

How is Second Team different from an AI agent?

An AI agent starts empty, so you have to tell it what to do. Second Team comes ready with one job. It finds customers to win back and writes the message for each one. You don't set anything up or write prompts.

Will Second Team replace my staff?
