FAQ
Questions about the Revenue Audit
What do I need to share for a Revenue Audit?
You need about 12 months of invoices. Save them as a spreadsheet from your accounting software. A contact list helps, but you don't need one.
What do I get back?
You get a list of customers you could win back or collect from. Each one has a reason and a dollar amount. The list is split into the five types on this page. The total is called your Revenue at Stake.
Is the Revenue Audit really free?
Yes. You don't need a card, and you don't have to buy anything after.
When can I get a Revenue Audit?
Not yet. We're testing it now. Join the waitlist, and we'll email you when Second Team opens.
What happens to my invoice data?
We only use it for your audit. We read it, but we never change it. Ask us any time, and we'll delete it.
Do you connect to my accounting software?
Not yet. For now, you upload a spreadsheet. There's nothing to install and no logins to share.
What happens after the audit?
You can turn it into a Monday Money List. Every week, it shows who to contact, why, and what each one is worth. Each one comes with a message for your team to approve. This part is coming next.
Is my business a fit?
Yes, if you own a business with about 10 to 100 staff. Your customers buy from you again and again. You send invoices, not receipts. That covers distributors, agencies and contract services.
