1. Agreement to these terms

By using the Second Team website or requesting a Revenue Audit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What we offer today

Second Team helps B2B businesses find money in their customer list. Today, this website lets you learn about Second Team, join the waitlist or, once audits open, request a free Revenue Audit. Other features described on the website are planned and not yet available. Separate terms will apply when you start using Second Team beyond the audit.

3. The free Revenue Audit

  • The Revenue Audit is free. Requesting one does not commit you to anything.
  • We run audits in the order we can take them on and may not be able to run every request.
  • Audit results are estimates based on the invoices you share. They show money that may be at stake, not money you are guaranteed to recover.
  • You must have the right to share the invoice data you send us. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You can stop our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.

4. Website content

The content on this website, including text, graphics and the Second Team name and logo, belongs to Second Team. Examples on the website, including names and numbers, are made up to show how Second Team works and are not customer results. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to break it, overload it or sign up other people without their permission.

6. No warranty

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will always be error-free or online.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Second Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion or, if needed, the appropriate courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
